- Archery Clinic for 6th grade and older. The shooting sports program is having an archery clinic on January 3rd from 1 to 5 p.m. at Rhonemus Hall at the brown County Fairgrounds. Registration is $10.00 and the individuals need to bring eye protection Registration from 12 to 12:30 P.M. Make checks payable to the 4-H committee.

- If you are taking a market project it is time to get your buyer letters out, and do not for get to send out thank you letters to your buyers and trophy donors after the fair.
- 2nd Meeting to make Boards - Sunday, September 7th, 5:00 p.m. at Laury Iles house (this will count as a meeting).
- Our club will be working the Cattleman's Booth on Thursday of the Fair and the Pork Producer's Booth on Saturday of the Fair. We will have a sign-up sheet available for workers at the next meeting. These are big money makers for our club and we need everyone's help.

- Club's 50th Anniversary- As announced at the July 20th meeting the Club will be celebrating its 50th Anniversary next year (2009). So don't forget to bring your ideas with you to the meeting on August 24th as to how you would like to celebrate this big event.
- Master Feed Mill of Hillsboro has started an incentive program for area youth involved in 4-H and FFA by registering and participating in this program each member will receive a cash reimbursement on each bag of Show Feed listed on the form. Click here for the form
- We would like to welcome Kim Hill, the new Cloverbud advisor, and Jamie Case, project leader for anyone interested in doing a horse project, to our advisor team.
